Clinical Programs and Services

Objective:

To improve the quality of mental health care in the South Central VA Health Care Network by aligning what is actually achieved in the day-to-day clinical practice of mental health treatments and services with what research demonstrates is possible.

Goals:

Design, implement and evaluate clinical and educational interventions to improve care for veterans with mental illnesses.
Explore and evaluate alternative ways to deliver mental health care within VISN 16 that could be more effective or efficient.
