First Steps After Returning Home from Deployment

1. Register with the VA

2. Identify your OEF/OIF Point of Contact

3. Get informed using other official web sites:

• VA Seamless Transition (General VA information for returning servicemen)

Every VA Medical Center has a team standing ready to welcome OEF/OIF service members and help coordinate their care.
