Free CE: SC MIRECC CBOC Mental Health Grand Rounds Archived Webinar Series

The National SC MIRECC CBOC Mental Health Grand Rounds webinar series provides free continuing education (CE) training. The series covers new issues in mental health for rural and underserved Veterans. Our collection includes three recorded trainings that can help clinicians increase their knowledge of mental health treatment at VA. The trainings are available in TMS for VA clinicians and VHA TRAIN for community clinicians.

Sleep Apnea Assessment and Intervention: Recommendations to Optimize Veteran Adherence to PAP

The purpose of this knowledge-based training is to provide an overview of sleep-disordered breathing, including challenges and troubleshooting opportunities for Veterans who may struggle to adhere with positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy. A brief overview of the “hub and spoke” model for sleep telemedicine within VA community-based outpatient clinics will also be discussed.
