Self-Directed Violence Picture System (SDVPS)
Thank you for your interest in the Self-Directed Violence Picture System (SDVPS). The SDVPS consists of 10 images that depict a range of self-directed violence methods.

Six of the SDVPS images were developed at the Rocky Mountain MIRECC and can be requested by completing the online form (link below).
The procedure for obtaining the remaining 4 images are:

Requirements
The SDVPS images are provided solely for use in academic, government, or not-for-profit research. In accepting these materials, individuals are expected:
- not to provide them to profit making companies or organizations,
- not to make them available to the media, and
- not to place them on the internet in any form.
Sharing of these materials to the general public could compromise their value as stimuli in research projects.
In order to gauge interest and to track the types of studies that are using the SDVPS, we would like to ask you to refer individuals to our website to request the SDVPS rather than distributing the SDVPS yourself.
