About the Center of Excellence for Suicide Prevention

The Department of Veterans' Affairs (VA) established the Center of Excellence for Suicide Prevention (COE-SP) in August 2007 with the overarching mission to prevent morbidity and mortality from suicidal behaviors among all Veterans by using a public health approach.
