CoE Welcomes 2023 Cohort of Diversity Research Trainees to Support Early Career Investigators



The VA Center of Excellence for Suicide Prevention (CoE) is proud to introduce its second cohort of Diversity Research Trainees. Participants were selected as part of competitive application process and are currently enrolled graduate or medical school students interested in a career in research. The trainees in The Diversity in Suicide Prevention Research Program received one-on-one mentorship from CoE experts and participated in hands-on training to prepare them for a career in suicide prevention research.
