VISN 5 MIRECC- Supporting Veterans in Evidence Based Therapy
What is Evidence Based Therapy?
The VA offers multiple options for evidence therapy (EBTs). These therapies have been supported by research studies and have been shown to help with common behavioral health concerns of Veterans, including insomnia, depression, anxiety, relationships, PTSD, and others. Many EBT programs involve worksheets and hand outs, and the purpose of this website is to provide easy access to these resources for Veterans participating in EBT.
